Your room is warm and cozy, and as you sip on your morning herbal tea and wait for your home-style cooked breakfast, you roll your shoulders and feel the stressors of the past weeks and months melting away.
You feel a surge of creative energy returning – like the Spring flowers preparing to burst around you – as you explore feminine wellness practices designed to awaken energy and release past hurts. You walk on the damp, crisp grass – taking in the 110 acres of bushland and watching the kangaroos dance on the hills.
You sense your body’s potential, indulging in flowing feminine yoga practices designed for every body and deep embodiment work to help restore your loving connection with her. This retreat is the perfectly balanced combination of relaxation, restoration and reconnection – designed to help you optimize your energy and bid adieu to fatigue, the feminine way. Using the seasons as the framework, you’ll explore herbs, cycles, nature, yoga and mindfulness – leaving you with a toolkit full of feminine rituals and practices to use at home.
Each workshop, practice and experience has been designed to deeply nourish your womanly body, mind and soul – teaching you an empowering path to wellness that encourages you to accept, rather than punish, the body you’ve been given.
At the end of your deeply personalized journey, you will feel open, nourished, loving, confident and wholly, unapologetically ready to show up in the world as you…. Just in time for spring and summer. You’ll also be taking home a contact list full of soul sisters who are ready to support and celebrate you no matter what.
Nature heals and allows the nervous system some much-needed respite from our busy world and with 110 acres of bushland to explore, there is much healing to be had on this retreat! Cammeray Waters is a stunning country style accommodation located outside the village of Woodend in the Macedon Ranges (55 minutes from Melbourne CBD). It’s the perfect place to stay for exploring the magnificent Macedon Ranges including Hanging Rock, local wineries and eateries and the staff are a close-knit, helpful bunch who believe in delivering amazing hospitality.
You will enjoy your own cozy single room with ensuite, tea and coffee making facilities and a heater for the whole weekend – ensuring your privacy and some much needed down time. A shared common area with fire will be available all weekend if you want to cosy up with a book in a big arm chair or chat with your new besties over a meal or glass of wine.
We believe that connecting over a beautiful prepared meal produces as many feel good hormones as a decent yoga class. This retreat is all about nourishing, not punishing your body. You’ll dine on locally sourced, seasonal food designed to warm your body and awaken your energy. Breakfast will be a buffet affair with loads of fruit, muesli and artisanal pastries at the ready – as well as the option of a full cooked breakfast and espresso coffee. Lunches – an opportunity to fuel up before daily ‘dreamtime’ (free time) – will offer warming Spring soups and sandwiches loaded with all the good stuff designed to get your feminine body humming. Dinner will be a cooked delight, showcasing all that the Macedon Ranges has to offer in terms of grass-fed meats, slow-roasted veggies and house-baked bread.
Local paired wines and cheeses will allow you to linger with your soul sisters long after the formal workshops of the day have closed – allowing you to explore the true healing power of connection. Throughout the day you will sip herbal teas (or normal tea and coffee too) that have been carefully selected by our naturopath to optimize your energy and hit refresh on your body’s computer.
Each morning you’ll settle into your body with a carefully designed yoga and meditation practice. We love teaching this stuff – so regardless of whether you’re a seasoned yogi, just starting out, or sporting an injury – we’ll help you move in a nourishing way that’s right for you. We’ll have a masseuse on site who is able to give you a massage in your very own room – and there’ll be plenty of time for stretching those limbs and grounding your energy on the many walking tracks available. Rather than being a serious affair, we foster a space of laughter, lightness and learning – and you’ll derive much energy and creativity from remembering the joy in having a good old belly laugh with your peers.

Tamsin Casey is a nutritionist, naturopath and project manager for wellness entrepreneurs – with a passion for adrenal health, herbs and women’s nutrition. Having made the transition from corporate life in Melbourne, she now lives on 40 acres outside Kyneton with her many king charles cavalier dogs where she works to live, not lives to work.
Meg Berryman is a women’s empowerment coach and yoga teacher with a passion for helping women in the social sectors rediscover their passion, purpose and health. Having overcome burnout herself, she now uses self compassion, connection, coaching, yoga and mindfulness to help her clients discover more ease, empowerment and wellness. She digs giggles, musical theatre, her farty rescue dog Chester, getting muddy outdoors and making/eating incredible food.
